By accessing and using ThemesProject.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using our platform.
ThemesProject offers a one-time lifetime membership for a fee of ₹750 (or the current listed price). Upon payment, you receive unlimited access to download all products available on the platform at the time of purchase and any products added in the future.
All products available for download are licensed for use on unlimited personal and client projects. You may use our themes, plugins, templates and scripts on websites you own or manage for clients. You may NOT resell, redistribute, sublicense or share access to individual products or your membership with others.
You may not: (a) redistribute or resell downloaded products; (b) share your account credentials with others; (c) use products for illegal purposes; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or extract source code beyond normal use; (e) create derivative products for resale using our downloads.
All payments are processed securely. The membership fee is non-refundable once access has been granted and downloads have commenced. If you experience technical issues with a product, please raise a support ticket and we will resolve it promptly.
We reserve the right to add, remove or update products at any time. We strive to maintain quality and regularly add new products. Removal of specific products does not entitle members to a refund.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, including accounts found to be sharing access, redistributing products, or engaging in fraudulent activity.
ThemesProject products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the membership fee paid.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
