📂 Account & Login
How does OTP login work? +
When you log in, we send a 6-digit one-time code to your registered email address. Enter the code on the screen and you are logged in. The code is valid for 10 minutes. This keeps your account secure without needing to remember a password.
What is Google Authenticator login? +
Google Authenticator is an app on your phone that generates a new 6-digit code every 30 seconds. If you chose this method during registration, open the app and enter the current code when logging in. It works offline and is highly secure.
I did not receive my OTP email. What should I do? +
First check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there, wait 60 seconds and click "Resend code". Make sure the email address you registered with is correct. If you still have issues, contact support.
Can I change my login method after registration? +
Yes. Go to Dashboard → Profile & 2FA. You can switch between Email OTP and Google Authenticator at any time.
How do I reset my password? +
On the login page click "Forgot password?". Enter your email and we will send a reset link valid for 1 hour. Click the link and set a new password.
Can I have multiple accounts? +
Each email address can only have one account. We do not allow duplicate accounts.
📂 Downloads
How do I download a product? +
Log in to your account and go to any product page. Click "Download Now". A small popup will ask for the website you plan to use it on (optional). Click Download and the file starts immediately.
How many times can I download a product? +
Unlimited times. Once you have access, you can download any product as many times as you need, forever.
Do I get updates when a product is updated? +
Yes. All product updates are free and available in your downloads. We notify members when major updates are released.
What file formats are the products in? +
Products are delivered as ZIP files containing all necessary files. WordPress themes and plugins are ready to upload via WordPress admin. HTML templates include all HTML, CSS and JS files.
Can I download free products without paying? +
Yes. Free products only require a free account — no payment needed. Just register, log in and download.
Where can I find my download history? +
Go to Dashboard → My Downloads. You will see a complete history of every file you have downloaded.
📂 Getting Started
What is ThemesProject? +
ThemesProject is a marketplace offering premium WordPress themes, plugins, HTML templates, PHP scripts and landing pages. For a single one-time payment of ₹750 you get lifetime access to our entire library — including all future products we add.
How do I create an account? +
Click the "Sign In / Sign Up" button on the top right of any page. Fill in your name, email and a password. You will then choose your preferred login method — Email OTP or Google Authenticator. Your account is created instantly.
Is registration free? +
Yes — creating an account is completely free. You only pay if you want to download premium products. We also have a selection of free products available to all registered users at no charge.
What is included in the lifetime membership? +
The ₹750 one-time payment gives you: unlimited downloads of all products, access to all future products added to the library, free updates on every product, and priority support tickets. There are no recurring fees.
Do I need to pay GST separately? +
No. The displayed price of ₹750 already includes 18% GST. You will receive a GST-compliant invoice after your payment.
📂 Payment & Billing
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), net banking and wallets through our secure PayU payment gateway.
Is my payment information secure? +
Yes. All payments are processed by PayU, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never store your card details on our servers.
Will I be charged again in the future? +
No. The membership is a true one-time payment. There are no subscriptions, no renewals and no hidden charges.
What is your refund policy? +
Since our products are digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds once access has been granted. If you have a genuine technical issue, please contact support and we will do our best to help.
I was charged but my account still shows Free Plan. What do I do? +
This can happen if the payment success page was not loaded properly. Please contact support with your PayU transaction ID and we will manually activate your account within a few hours.
Do you provide a GST invoice? +
Yes. A GST invoice is provided after every successful payment. Contact support with your registered email and we will send you the invoice.

Can I use the products on client websites? +
Yes. Your membership allows you to use any product on unlimited projects, including client websites. There is no per-site licensing fee.
Can I resell or redistribute the products? +
No. The products are licensed for your personal and client projects only. You may not resell, redistribute or share the files with others.
Are the themes and plugins compatible with the latest WordPress version? +
We try to keep all products updated. Each product page shows the version and compatibility information. If you find a compatibility issue, please raise a support ticket.
Do you offer customisation services? +
We currently focus on the marketplace. For customisation inquiries, please contact us through the Contact page.
How often are new products added? +
We add new products regularly. Members get access to all new additions automatically — there is no extra cost.

How do I get support for a product? +
Log in and go to Dashboard → Support Tickets. Create a new ticket, select the product you need help with and describe your issue. Our team typically responds within 24 hours on business days.
What information should I include in a support ticket? +
Include: the product name and version, your WordPress version (if applicable), a clear description of the problem, any error messages you see, and screenshots if possible.
What are your support hours? +
We respond to tickets during Indian business hours (Monday–Saturday, 9am–6pm IST). We aim to reply within 24 hours.
Can I get support via WhatsApp or phone? +
Currently support is provided exclusively through the ticketing system on the website. This helps us track issues and provide better solutions.
My download is not working. What should I do? +
Try downloading again — sometimes connection issues cause incomplete downloads. If the problem persists, raise a support ticket with the product name and the error you see.
